  • March Forward (Verses 1-5)

“Moses is dead”  “wherever you set foot”  “servant”
“After these things, Joshua son of Nun, the servant of the Lord, died at the age of 110.” Joshua 24:29
“Well done, good and faithful servant.” Matthew 25:21
“For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.”
-Ephesians 2:10

  • Be Fortified (Verses 6-9)

“Keep this Book of the Law always on your lips; meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do everything written in it.” Joshua 1:8
“Our meditations on His Word…become in a sense his way of speaking to us.” Bernard of Clairvaux, 12th Century

My Motto: Let it in; let it out.
